Safeguarding

MK United U8 Players Close Up

Our Responsibility

MK United FC has a role to play in safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people by protecting them from physical, sexual or emotional harm and from neglect or bullying. We believe that every child or young person who plays or participates in football should be able to take part in an enjoyable and safe environment and be protected from poor practice and abuse. MK United Football Club recognises that this is the responsibility of every adult involved in our club.

Club Welfare

The Club Welfare Officer is responsible for ensuring good practice, following up on any concerns from players, parents or club officials, ensuring that club officials have relevant CRB checks and safeguarding training and that the Respect rules are being consistently adhered to.

Reporting Concerns

If you have any concerns, however large or small, about a player’s welfare or about any issues arising at training or matches, you should immediately contact the Club Welfare Officer Eleanor Upton by emailing [email protected]
